I am a researcher at the Stanford University School of Medicine since 2002. I received my PhD degree in Biochemistry from India. Currently, I am a scientist at Stanford School of Medicine.

My research work has led to a clinical trial to treat cancer patients at the Stanford Hospital.

I have mentored high school students in summer research programs for the past 10 years and initiated a summer research program in 2014. I enjoy working with students in the lab. My first student has received MD and PhD degrees from Stanford and has clinical residency at Harvard Med School.

Her success has motivated me to pursue my passion to teach high school students.
